Malpas Field Club has two events in its programme for January.
The annual New Year Ramble will take place on Sunday 7th January, starting outside the Jubilee Hall, Malpas High Street, at 1.30 pm.
This will be a four mile walk, taking in Ebnal, Hollowood and Overton Common. Anyone is welcome to join the walk, including dogs, so long as they are kept on leads.
The first indoor meeting for 2018 will be on Wednesday 10th January at Malpas High Street Church SY14 8PR (7.45 pm), when David Hayns will give an illustrated talk 'The Saint Oswald's Story: Eight centuries at the heart of Malpas life'.
