Road Closures in Malpas on 1st July

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intends to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on following roads in the Parish of Malpas to enable Malpas Village Fair event to be carried out by organiser.

The Order will come into force at 12 noon on 1st July 2017 and will continue in force for a maximum duration of 1 hour

Cross O' Th' Hill Road (Greenway Lane to Well Street)

Well Street (Cross O' Th' Hill Road to Springfield Road)

Springfield Road (Well Street to Old Hall Street)

Old Hall Street (Springfield Road to Church Street

High Street (Church Street to Tilston Road)

Tilston Road — High Street to Love Lane

Chester Road — Fire Station car park to High Street

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES FOR TRAFFIC
Traffic diverted from Well Street and Springfield Road should proceed via Cross O' Th' Hill Road, Ebnal Lane and Chester Road.

Traffic diverted from Old Hall Street, High Street and Tilston Road should proceed via Mastiff Lane, Dog Lane, Oldcastle Lane, Sunnyside, Wrexham Road, Chorlton Lane, Whitewood Lane, Wet Lane and Tilston Road.

Pedestrian access to premises situated on or adjacent to the roads will be maintained at all times.
