TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that on the 23 January 2018 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into operation on 26 January 2018.

CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(BICKERTON ROAD, HAMPTON AND LONG LANE, LARKTON)
(40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 40 mph speed limit on Bickerton Road, Hampton and Long Lane, Larkton from its junction with A41 Whitchurch Road to a point 452 metres north of the access to Larkton Hall, a distance of approximately 1.55 miles.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provision contained in it, on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instruments made under it may have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 23 January 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
