Brightlife funding has been announced for a Buddy Scheme to reduce social isolation in older people in Cheshire West and Chester.
We are now inviting tenders from organisations who would like to apply for £60,000 of new funding to support a Buddy Scheme for older people.
This will be a borough-wide initiative working closely with Brightlife's Social Prescribing Coordinators in the three priority areas of Malpas, Winsford and Chester.
