Queen's 90th Birthday Celebration at St Oswald's Church

A number of activities are planned within the village to celebrate the 90th birthday of Her Majesty the Queen.
There is the Threapwood Garden trail from 12 noon to 5pm and a street party at Threapwood on the 11th June from 6pm to 8pm.

There will be a very special family service at 11am on Sunday 12th June at St Oswald's Church, the cutting of a birthday cake will take place. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

On the 24th June there is to be a special evening called Happy Birthday Ma'am in St Oswald's Church starting at 7.30pm, the speaker is David Haynes who will talk about the history of the Church, Wine and nibbles will be served along with Music and singing for everyone to join in.

So its time to dust off those party frocks, polish those shoes and take yourself along to one of these fabulous events to celebrate the Queen's 90th year.
