Cheshire West and Chester Council's Collective Energy Switching Scheme
collectiveswitching

There is another opportunity to make savings on your fuel bills, the scheme known as 'Ready to Switch?' is now taking registrations for the latest round.

The scheme is available for both credit and prepayment meters, it is free to register and there is no obligation to switch suppliers if the tariff offered doesn't better your current one.

Simply register both your contact details and details of your annual energy consumption at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/readytoswitch or call 01244 977262, before midnight on Monday 22 May.

In the warmer summer months, energy bills may be the last thing on many peoples' minds, but if you haven't switched supplier for a while, now is actually a great time to see if you can reduce the cost of your energy, as more suppliers are reporting price increases.

The Ready to Switch scheme has been an enormous success so far, with hundreds of households in West Cheshire benefiting from lower energy bills.

All registrants will receive a personal offer by email or letter from June 5, and if you do decide to switch the whole process will be taken care of on your behalf.

If you have no access to the internet but would like to register please call 01244 977262 and leave a contact name and number and someone will return your call.
