CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL

(BICKERTON ROAD, HAMPTON AND LONG LANE, LARKTON)
(40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 40 mph speed limit on Bickerton Road, Hampton and Long Lane, Larkton from its junction with A41 Whitchurch Road to a point 452 metres north of the access to Larkton Hall, a distance of approximately 1.55 miles.

Full details are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extents of the proposal may be examined at the Council Offices, Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 27th January 2017 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
