Work begins on School Expansion

Work on the expansion of the Malpas Alport Primary School is scheduled to commence on Monday 30th October.

Security fencing will be going up around the site, to enable the first phase to being.

This will be will be the demolition of the old school house, with all work looking to be completed over half term break.

Work on the new building is scheduled to commence on Monday 6th November.

The Farmers bowling club have offered parking space for teaching staff and some staff will be car sharing so this should go some way to minimise any additional parking in the village during the construction period.
