Malpas Youth Club which runs Fridays from 6pm till 8pm at the Young persons Centre is in desperate need of volunteers. The demand for the club is so large that recently children have had to be turned away as a result of a lack of volunteers. Obviously this is not something the organisers want to do, however for health and safety reasons they need to have a certain number of volunteers to operate the group safely.
If you could spare 2 hours once a week, once a month or even once a term, they would be very grateful. You dont need to have young children or have experience what matters is a desire to help the young people in our community. The age range on a Friday is school years 4 to 7.
