Malpas Poppy Appeal

Volunteer co-ordinator required.

You maybe aware that the Poppy Appeal has thrived in the village thanks mainly to the efforts of the dedication of the previous Poppy Appeal Organisers Joe McMahon and more recently Steve LeGood.

Malpas usually raises around £4,000 every year through the Poppy Appeal.

All donations raised during the Poppy Appeal help the Royal British Legion to provide life-long support to serving and ex-serving members of the British Armed Forces, their families and dependants through hardships, injuries and bereavements.

However, Steve has now left the village and it leaves us without anyone who can organise the Poppy Appeal, which may sadly mean that there will be no Poppies in Malpas this year, unless we can find someone to take his place.

A Poppy Appeal Organiser for Malpas is now required for the forthcoming appeal launching 27th October 22.
