Malpas Parish Council currently has two vacant positions. For further information contact the Clerk.
The Council normally meets on the second Monday of every Month at 7pm in the Jubilee Hall, High Street, Malpas.
Members of the Public are welcome to attend and observe proceedings.
Unless given special dispensation by the Chairman, the Public may only speak during the Open Forum session of the meeting.
(Please note, there will be a Part Two where the press and members of the public will be excluded from the meeting as the items to be discussed are either of a contractual or personal or sensitive nature.)
Members of the public could also normally raise issues with a Parish Councillor at a surgery which would normally be held in the Jubilee Hall, Malpas on the first Saturday of every month between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
All face to face meetings and surgeries were suspended duringthe Coronavirus Covid19 Pandemic and associated lockdown restrictions.
Face to face public meeting have now been resumed, but the surgeries remain suspeneded pending a review of how the Council communicates with our residents.
