SPEED LIMITS ORDERS FOR MALPAS AND NOMANSHEATH

CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL SPEED LIMITS ORDERS FOR MALPAS AND NOMANSHEATH

NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL

CHESTER ROAD, MALPAS TO HAMPTON HEATH
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on Chester Road from its junction with High Street for a distance of 210 metres in a north-easterly direction. The Order will also consolidate existing speed limits.

NO MANS HEATH AREA
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following roads:
Back Lane, Chester Road, Cholmondeley Rise, Dean Park, Fiennes Court, Hampton Crescent and Old Coach Road.
The Order will also consolidate existing speed limits.

Full details of the proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with plans showing the extents of the proposals may be examined at the Council Offices, Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

All objections and other representations relating to the Orders must be made in writing to the undersigned by 18th October 2019 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Any representations made should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection
