United Utilities VAMP update

This article is update on the Vyrnwy Aqueduct Modernisation Project.

November 2023 Highlights:

• As per October 2023 update, all cleaning phases of work on the Malpas to Tarporley programme of work are now complete.
• The first section of lining between AP1001 and AP1007 is now complete and all working areas will be temporarily reinstated until we return to complete the final phase of lining (Line 2 of the Aqueduct)
• The next section of Lining (Line 1 of the aqueduct) between AP1009 and AP1024 is progressing.
• Plans are being prepared for the future sections of lining work and further updates will be provided to those impacted by the future lining programme.
