May Meeting Malpas Amateur Gardeners.

Our next meeting is on May 14th .

Our speaker is Richard Lewis, who taught at Northop College for 24 years and at Glyndwr University. Richard is talking to us about Erlas Victorian Walled Garden in Wrexham.

He is a Director and Vice Chairman of the charity that runs the garden.

In 2025 Erlas Victorian Walled Garden was voted the UK's Best Community Garden for Health and Wellbeing at the Royal Horticultural Society Community Awards.

The Garden is a haven for disadvantaged people and has been restored back to its former glory.

We meet in The Youth Centre in Malpas, behind the Fire station, the meeting starts at 7.00.

All are welcome to our friendly club.

May 16th is the date for our Plant sale from 10 to 12 in the Jubilee Hall.

Lots of lovely plants at good prices, and a chance to enter our Raffle and have coffee and cake.
