U3A Monthly Meeting

The speaker at the U3A October monthly meeting on 20th October is Rosie Lee, The Reluctant Shepherdess.

Many years ago, Rosie's parents had bought a dairy farm which, after her dad died, had been tenanted out.

When the tenants left, her mother challenged her to do something with the farm, and so her sheep farming adventure began; so different from her former career.

The meeting held at the Barbour Institute, Tattenhall opens at 2pm with the speaker slot starting at 2.30 pm.
