Room 3 can accommodate up to 30 people.

(Approximately 7:5 M x 7 M)

It has access to a fully functioning kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

This can be hired as required either for the serving of teas and coffees or for the provision of full meals.

China, cutlery and glasses are all available; as are tables and table cloths.

The second picture has been taken from room 2 with the sliding partition door open, illustrating that more people can be accommodated by using rooms 2 and 3 together.
