Died of Asphyxia by accidental drowning on 15 December 1946. Age 20.

Born in Threapwood, birth registered in Q3 1926.

Son of Leonard J. & Elsie M. Passey (Nee Jones.)

The family lived at the Chorlton Lane Shop, Chorlton.

His death was clearly not attributed to enemy action in the war and he does not have a CWGC record.

We expect this was because he died in an accident in peacetime.

Leonard has no CWGC commemoration and we therefore do not know where he is buried.
