Craddock Court

This street was named to honour Norman Craddock,.
During his life time Norman was Chairman of Malaps Parish Council, a Victoria Jubilee Hall Committee member, and Chairman of the Malpas Joint Burial Board.

It is thought that Norman served in one capacity or another continuously for about 45 years representing the Malpas Community on the District and Parish Councils

He was Councillor for the Malpas Ward on Chester City Council from 1973 to 1986

Norman was also treasurer of the 1952 Malpas Coronation Festivities committee.

In 1984 he was on the Joint Burial Board Committee
