Access to Cheshire West Council Services

As part of our commitment to improving access to services for residents regardless of whenever or however they choose to contact the Council, we have been reviewing and making changes to our current technology and telephony systems as well as revising our face to face offer.

Online is still the quickest and easiest way for residents to access services, although we recognise that not everyone has internet access or the technology to go online.

That's why it's important for us to offer alternative ways in which our residents can get help, including calling the contact centre for assistance or to book an appointment, or by visiting one of our Resident Assistance Points in key Council buildings and some libraries.

A level of support will also be rolled out to further libraries and the mobile library next year.
