Cheshire West and Chester Council is working with The Mersey Forest and Cheshire Wildlife Trust to host a series of webinars looking at some of the actions people can take to address the climate and nature emergencies.
The short, lunchtime webinars are free to attend and will provide residents with advice and guidance from local experts on a range of topics related to protecting nature and the environment.
The Council has declared climate and nature emergencies in the borough and a Climate Emergency Response Plan is in place to help the borough to become carbon neutral by 2045, including suggested actions for residents and businesses.
The webinars will take place online on the following dates.

The instructions for joining the online sessions will be emailed to you a few days before the webinar takes place.These webinars will provide an opportunity to bring some of these ideas to life and break down, what can feel like an overwhelming topic, into easy-to-understand sections."There is also an opportunity to ask the experts presenting the webinars questions related to the topic, by completing the question section on the online registration form.If there is time, some of the questions will be answered as part of the webinar or responses will be emailed out after the event.
