GARDEN WASTE COLLECTIONS – DETAILS OF HOW TO SUBSCRIBE FOR THE 2026 SERVICE

You are now able to sign up to receive Garden Waste collections for 2026. For £55.00 you will receive 20 fortnightly collections from your property on your scheduled collection day between 9 March and 11 December 2026. The service costs £55.00 regardless of when in the year you subscribe, so sign up now to ensure you don’t miss any collections.

Christmas trees can be taken for reuse to the following sites between 8am and 5pm during January 2026:

• Whitby Park, Stanney Lane Ellesmere Port, CH65 9AQ
• Stanney Fields Park, Hinderton Road, Neston, CH64 9PE
• Westminster Park, Hough Green, Chester, CH4 8JW
• Marbury Park, Marbury Lane, CW9 6AP
• Castle Park, Fountain Lane, Frodsham, WA6 6SA
• Knights Grange Sports Complex, Winsford, CW7 2PT

Signage will be at all sites to advise where to place the Christmas trees which will be chipped and used to mulch existing shrub-beds throughout the borough by the Council’s Street Care Service. The trees will need to be delivered with no decorations or lights on them. Just Helping raise money for local hospices by collecting and recycling your real tree.
