Our next meeting is on May 8th when Samantha Hopes from Ashwood Gardens returns to talk to us about 'Plants with a Story'.

I have heard this talk which has some fascinating facts in it about plants, their history and uses.

We meet for the first time in our new venue; The Young Person's Centre behind the Fire Station at 7.30 pm.

Membership is £10, entrance is £2.00 to members, £5.00 for non members, light refreshments and a raffle are included in this price. All are welcome to our friendly club.

Another very important date is Saturday 17th of May from 10:00am – 12:00pm which is our Annual Plant Sale; this is held in the Jubilee Hall and is a great chance to bag some plant bargains. Refreshments are also available.
