Malpas Amateur Gardeners. 11th September 2025.

Our speaker for this month is one of our members Gordon Malt .

Gordon was trained at Edinburgh Botanic Gardens and was a lecturer at Rodbaston College, he is also a very knowledgeable plantsman.

His subject is 'Silver Foliage Plants', this group of plants are not only beautiful to look at but they are mostly very drought tolerant, which makes them good choices for our dry springs and summers.

We meet in our new venue, The Young Person's Centre behind the Fire Station at 7.30.

Parking is available at the Allport Primary School just opposite the Fire Station, with entrance from that direction.

Parking behind the fire station is not available.

Membership is £10.
Entrance is £2.00 for members, £5.00 for non members.
Light refreshments and a raffle are included in this price.
