U3A September Meeting.

After our August break, there's plenty to look forward to as West Cheshire Rural u3a's monthly meetings return on Thursday 17th September with an entertaining talk by John Winter, "Blame it on the Beatles... and Bill Shankly."

Drawing on his own experiences as a member of Liverpool's vibrant 1960s music scene and a lifelong football fan, John will present an illustrated journey through the city where Beatlemania and football fever went hand in hand.

Join us at the Barbour Institute Tattenhall from 2.00 pm, with the speaker beginning at 2.30 pm.
