Wellbeing March

Join Cheshire West Voluntary Action (CWVA) for Wellbeing March as we encourage everyone to look after their own health and wellbeing during these challenging times.

During Wellbeing March, regular online sessions are being delivered by CWVA members looking at the many ways we can all maintain positive health and wellbeing.

This is a great opportunity for us to showcase all the fantastic work the community sector is doing in this area.

We've teamed up with Healthbox, Chapter, Radiate Arts and others to create new events or open up existing ones to new participants.

A press release with full details is on our website: https://chesterva.org.uk/championing-positive-wellbeing/.

Download the PDF file to find deatils of all the events taking place next month.

Please note:
Additional events are being added all the time so please check our events page for up to date information https://chesterva.org.uk/events/
